Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Illegal, Dangerous, and Harmful Activities

You may not use, and may not enable or facilitate the use of, the Services:

• to perform, facilitate, or promote illegal or fraudulent activities;
• to harm, harass, or affect the safety and wellbeing of others;
• to infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate the rights of others;
• to threaten, incite, or promote violence, hateful behavior, terrorism, or other serious harm;
• to promote discrimination against any individual or group based on protected characteristics including race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or other identifying attributes; or
• for the purpose of creating illegal, harmful, or inflammatory content.

2. Deception and Misinformation

You may not, and may not enable or facilitate others to:

• misrepresent or mislead others to believe that output generated by the Services is created by a human or contains the opinions, beliefs, or inputs of humans;
• misrepresent or mislead others to believe that output generated by the Services are an accurate, complete, or reliable representation of the opinions, beliefs, or inputs of humans;
• make misleading claims regarding the expertise or capability of the Services or the output thereof;
• use the Services to generate or promote disinformation, misinformation, or false online engagement; or
• use the Services to generate or promote content that is intentionally deceptive.

3. High Risk Uses

You may not, and may not enable or facilitate others to:

• rely on the Services or the output thereof for medical, legal, health, financial, or similar fields that affect material or individual rights or well-being; or
• use the Services in any application where the failure of the Services could result in the death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to severe physical or environmental damage.

4. Responsible Use; Human Review

Human review should be exercised before making decisions based off of the artificial intelligence features or output of the Services. You are solely responsible for using discretion, including by using human review, to determine whether the output of the Services is appropriate for your use case.
